Rakia

Shopska salad is a traditional Bulgarian salad made with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, onion, olives, seasoned with extra virgin olive (or sunflower) oil and salt. Rakia is a Bulgarian national alcoholic drink made out of fruits and usually consumed together with Shopska Salad. The salad is originally made by Balkanturist (Bulgaria's first tour operator).
