- I don’t have a fitness center close by
- I don’t have money for gym
- I don’t have the time to exercise
- I travel too much
- I’m very tired after work
All these are excuses which should not be present in your dictionary! If you are OK with the body you have, then you are fine. But if you keep telling everyone how you gonna have a six pack in 2 months and then is the next 2 months, and the next 2 months… well, then you are full of s**t! And I don’t mean to offend you, I want to wake you up!
