FOOD: How to make Causa with tuna (Peruvian meal)

Causa de atun aka Causa from tuna is a Peruvian dish (meal) that is usually served as a started but you can have it as a main as well (recipe from Peru). With potatoes as a base, you will enjoy the combination of onion, tuna, mayo, egg, and olives. Have in mind to that we kept it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. I would advise you to keep it over night so the Causa can get thicker. Let me know how it goes.
Here’s how we made it ⬇⬇⬇

  1. Thanks for the post and the video. It’s probably something that Peruvians would hate, but I even saw a recipe for a vegetarian Causa, so I may give it a go, and let you know! 🙂 I’ll keep it in the fridge…

    1. Yeah, keep it in the fridge. Be patience 🙈
But what’s the vegetarian Cause? You just skip the meat and the rest is the same🤔

Your thoughts?
